
Ancho Chilli Prawns/ Shrimp on Courgetti with Broccoli.

This fast, simple prawn dish is filled with flavour and makes for a wholesome lunch or dinner. My children are obsessive about prawns so love this dish (I exploit a sprinkle of chilli for them) and it additionally makes a fantastic starter or fundamental with rice noodles or brown basmati rice too.
Serves 4
Substances:
- 2 tbsp Chinese language rice wine
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 3 tbsp oil (sesame/ rapeseed/groundnut/gentle olive)
