My kids adore this recipe so I needed to share it right here. This ramen like broth is extremely straightforward to make – making it the proper mid-week dinner for busy mother and father like us!
I like the quintessential Oriental flavouring of teriyaki dishes, combing wealthy hues of soy sauce with a beautiful sweetness for full-on flavour.

Prawn and Salmon Teriyaki Broth with Noodles
Elements (serves 2)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 750ml boiling sizzling vegetable inventory
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp of fish sauce
- 2 salmon fillets, skinned and boneless
- 50g of rice noodles
- 200g cooked king prawns
- 1 tsp of sesame seeds
- Handful of coriander, chopped
Methodology
- Warmth the sesame oil in a big pan. Add the garlic and ginger, saute for 3 – 5 minutes minutes till the garlic turns a golden brown.
- Add the vegetable inventory, teriyaki sauce and fish sauce. Gently decrease the salmon fillets into the broth and switch down the warmth. Simmer for 4 – 6 minutes till the salmon is cooked.
- Take away the salmon and go away to at least one aspect. Convey the broth again to the boil and add the noodles. Warmth based on packet directions
- Lastly, add the prawns and cook dinner for 2-3 minutes.
- Place the salmon in bowls and pour the broth and noodles over every dish.
- End with sesame seeds and freshly chopped coriander.
