Easy, daring, healthy and bursting with contemporary flavours, bruschetta may be made with any thick bread you want together with the gluten-free selection (we like Scrumptious Alchemy mixes) though this was made with a sourdough sun-dried tomato & olive bread.

Substances:

• a loaf of sourdough bread (ours is an olive and sun-dried tomato bread)

• 2 garlic cloves, diced

Technique:
